Kiekie Koha Coffee Hours

Kiekie are epiphytes; they inhabit vertical spaces formed by taller trees, finding sunlight in the dense forest without needing a deep root system of their own.

During this year’s season of Critical Signals, an epiphyte is growing on the CS tree - a Whare Kawhe (coffee house), holding open hours with no scheduled programming and coffee available for koha.

Just as kiekie is traditionally used in raranga, these open hours also provide material for weaving. Your host is available to listen to your dreams, goals, needs and offers for Wellington City; and to connect you (if you choose) to other members of our network who are interested in collaborating, helping out, or forming friendships.

Drop into 115 Taranaki St between 10am - 2pm Tuesdays through Saturdays for a coffee (or not) and connection (as desired).
